For all bulk-billed appointments, patients are required to provide consent for the Medicare Assignment of Benefit. This allows your Medicare rebate to be paid directly to the practice as full payment for your consultation.

In-person appointments: Patients must sign the bulk billing consent form immediately after their appointment.

Phone or telehealth consultations: Patients booking a phone or telehealth appointment will be required to complete an electronic consent form.

If a patient is unable to provide consent, a parent, guardian, or authorised responsible person may complete the consent on their behalf. Otherwise, the full practice fee will apply.
